Executive Assistant to General Manager

About the role

Founders Law is seeking a proactive Executive Assistant to support the General Manager and senior leadership across UAE and UK. The role is the operational hub of the fast‑growing UAE office, ensuring smooth coordination of clients, ecosystems, and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the GM’s diary across UAE and UK time zones, schedule meetings, and protect priority time.
• Tri­age inbox, draft correspondence, act as first point of contact and gatekeeper.
• Prepare briefing notes, conduct client research and follow up on action items.
• Plan end‑to‑end travel, including flights, visas, hotels and contingency plans.
• Coordinate client gifting, restaurant bookings and event logistics for the Founders Lounge series.
• Maintain client onboarding documents, renewals and confidential records.
• Prepare draft invoices, track payments and process monthly expenses.
• Liaise with free‑zone authorities, government services and local suppliers.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience as an EA, PA, legal secretary or office coordinator, preferably in a law firm or fast‑growing professional services firm.
• Based in the UAE with working knowledge of free‑zone administration, visas and health insurance.
• Exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail and discretion with confidential information.
• Fluent written and spoken English; Arabic is a plus.
