Experienced International Recruiter (Remote)

About the role

Career Voyage is expanding into new markets and seeks an experienced International Recruiter to lead recruitment projects for Schengen countries. You will manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to supporting successful placements, while working fully remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes for Schengen markets.
• Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates.
• Build and maintain a strong international candidate network.
• Develop effective sourcing channels for various markets and positions.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure clear communication throughout the process.
• Collaborate with internal teams on new recruitment projects.

Required profile

• Proven recruitment experience within Schengen countries.
• Strong full‑cycle recruitment background.
• Established candidate‑sourcing network.
• Fluent English with excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
