Head of Recruitment

About the role

The Head of Recruitment will lead Habico Properties' talent acquisition strategy, overseeing end‑to‑end hiring for all functions in a fast‑growing real‑estate environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute workforce planning, sourcing, screening and selection processes.
• Manage recruitment campaigns, coordinate interviews and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Build employer branding initiatives and graduate/early‑career programs.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align hiring priorities with business goals.
• Monitor recruitment metrics, manage external partner relationships and ensure compliance with local labour laws.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading a recruitment function, preferably in real estate or a fast‑growing sector.
• Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field; HR certifications a plus.

Required skills

• Expertise in employer branding.
• Proficiency with recruitment tools and ATS platforms.
• Ability to assess technical capabilities and behavioral fit during interviews.
