About the role

SY Capital Estates is looking for a dynamic Real Estate Recruiter to source, attract and onboard top‑performing Property Consultants across the UAE. The role focuses on building a strong talent pipeline and supporting the company’s rapid growth in the brokerage market.

Key responsibilities

• Source, recruit and onboard experienced Property Consultants and other real‑estate professionals.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet monthly hiring targets.
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through referrals, networking, LinkedIn, job portals and social media.
• Screen candidates, conduct interviews and assess sales performance, market knowledge and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules with management and oversee the onboarding process.
• Promote SY Capital Estates’ brand and value proposition to attract top talent.
• Build long‑term relationships with industry professionals and passive candidates.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and prepare hiring reports.
• Collaborate with management to forecast hiring needs and support business expansion.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in UAE real‑estate recruitment.
• Proven track record of recruiting Property Consultants or real‑estate sales professionals.
• Strong understanding of the UAE real‑estate market and brokerage operations.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
