Experienced Senior Telesales Executive

About the role

We are looking for an experienced, confident, and results‑driven Senior Telesales Executive to join our growing team in Dubai. The role focuses on outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and appointment setting across real estate, banking, finance, insurance, mortgage and wealth management sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients and existing database contacts.
• Qualify leads, identify client requirements and schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Follow up with buyers, sellers, investors and prospective customers.
• Invite clients to property launches, exhibitions, open houses and company events.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and call notes.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly call targets (150–200 connected calls per day).
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified prospects.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of telesales experience in real estate, banking, finance, insurance, mortgage, wealth management or a similar sales environment.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and appointment‑setting targets.
• Excellent English communication, negotiation and objection‑handling skills.
• Ability to engage decision‑makers and generate qualified appointments.
• Self‑motivated, disciplined and target‑driven.

Required skills

• Experience using CRM systems.
• Familiarity with sales reporting tools.
