Experienced Waiter/Waitress for Fine Dining Venue

About the role

Eatx is seeking a passionate and experienced Waiter/Waitress to join a prestigious, high‑volume fine‑dining venue in DIFC. The role involves delivering personalised, high‑standard service to guests in a luxury environment.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly, present menus and explain dishes, ingredients, preparation methods and daily specials.
• Take orders accurately, communicate with kitchen and bar teams, and ensure tables are set and maintained to the highest standards.
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on food, wine and beverage pairings and monitor guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
• Handle guest complaints professionally and uphold the restaurant’s service standards and reputation.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in a fine‑dining or upscale restaurant.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional, well‑groomed appearance.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of fine‑dining service etiquette and standards.
• Good knowledge of food, beverages, wine and menu descriptions.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.
