About the role

We are seeking an EYFS Teacher to join GEMS Founders School in Masdar City, Abu Dhabi, starting August 2026. The role offers international exposure within a British Schools Overseas accredited institution that delivers outstanding early years education.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging EYFS curriculum for young learners.
• Share and model exemplary teaching practices with colleagues.
• Collaborate with parents and staff to support each child’s development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Education or a related field.
• Proven experience teaching primary or early years students.
• Creative, enthusiastic approach inside and outside the classroom.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for working with colleagues, students and parents.
• Demonstrated track record of outstanding learning and teaching.
• Commitment to contributing positively to school culture.
