F-16 Crew Chief Instructor

About the role

We are looking for an experienced F-16 Crew Chief Instructor to deliver both theoretical and hands‑on technical training to aviation maintenance personnel in the United Arab Emirates. The role involves delivering approved courses, assessing trainees, and maintaining accurate training records in the Oracle Learning Management System.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver authorized F-16 Crew Chief maintenance training in line with approved course plans.
• Prepare and update training materials, case studies, and practical scenarios.
• Develop question banks, conduct examinations, assess and mark individual assessments.
• Collaborate with course developers, subject‑matter experts, and compliance teams.
• Maintain accurate training documentation within the Oracle LMS.
• Ensure all training activities comply with safety, quality and environmental standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in an aviation‑related discipline (preferred).
• Aviation Instructor certification is a plus.
• Minimum 3 + years of experience as an F-16 Crew Chief or related instructor role.
• Strong practical knowledge of F-16 aircraft maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and launch/recovery operations.
• Familiarity with UAE Systems Approach to Training (SAT) and quality standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Learning Management Systems; Oracle LMS experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
