Facilities Senior Manager

About the role

The Facilities Senior Manager leads the Hard Services Division, ensuring smooth operation and maintenance of all building-wide facilities, equipment and attractions. This senior role oversees a large team, third‑party contractors and a significant budget.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, direct, control and manage all aspects of leisure facility maintenance, including HVAC, plumbing, fire‑suppression and civil works.
• Manage the division P&L, monitor expenditure versus budget and drive cost‑saving initiatives.
• Supervise and evaluate contractors, approve manpower schedules and ensure compliance with SOPs and CMMS data.
• Lead project management for new construction, refurbishment and attraction installations.
• Oversee preventive maintenance programs, inventory of spare parts and compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering or related field; qualified HVAC, Gas or Oil Engineer.
• Minimum 10 years of on‑site engineering experience and at least 5 years managing engineering teams or contractors.
• Strong communication, customer service and leadership abilities.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with HVAC systems (FAHU, AHU, FCU), BMS, pumping, water treatment, aquatics/fountains, boilers and heat exchangers.
• Knowledge of fire‑suppression and fire‑fighting systems, basic electrical work and civil engineering concepts.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CMMS tools.
