Site & Maintenance Foreman

About the role

We are seeking a Site & Maintenance Foreman to supervise day‑to‑day maintenance and finishing works across multiple sites in Dubai, ensuring quality and safety while handling urgent call‑outs.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance and finishing works on multiple sites, maintaining quality under tight deadlines.
• Coordinate with technicians, subcontractors and suppliers to keep projects moving.
• Conduct site inspections and snag‑list reviews to ensure high‑quality finishes.
• Manage material requests and site documentation.
• Respond to maintenance call‑outs and troubleshoot issues on site.
• Enforce site safety practices and ensure a safe working environment.

Required profile

• Solid experience in UAE managing general maintenance and finishing works.
• Valid UAE driving licence and residency.
• Practical judgment gained from extensive field experience.

Required skills

• Experience coordinating small teams or supervising technicians.
• Familiarity with fit‑out and finishing materials common in the Dubai market.
