Foreman / Labour Supervisor – Marble & Granite Projects

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Labour Supervisor to lead crews on marble and granite projects in Umm Ramool, Dubai. This hands‑on role involves coordinating daily tasks, ensuring safety, and maintaining high quality standards on active construction sites.

Key responsibilities

• Assign and organise daily work for labour crews across multiple sites based on project priorities and material availability.
• Monitor on‑site workflow, identify bottlenecks early and keep productivity steady.
• Address scheduling clashes, quality issues or discipline matters promptly and enforce site standards.
• Coordinate with project managers and site engineers to align labour with project timelines.
• Oversee material handling and enforce safety practices specific to marble and granite work.

Required profile

• Valid UAE driver’s licence for site travel.
• Proven hands‑on experience supervising crews in marble, granite or similar contracting work.
• Strong leadership presence respected by workers.
• Ability to make decisive on‑site decisions and take ownership of outcomes.

Required skills

• Practical knowledge of marble installation techniques.
• Practical knowledge of granite installation techniques.
• Familiarity with UAE site regulations and safety practices.
