F&B Attendant – Employee Canteen

About the role

The InterContinental Ras Al Khaimah Mina Al Arab Resort & Spa is seeking a motivated Food & Beverage Attendant to support its Employee Restaurant. You will help create a clean, welcoming dining environment for colleagues during all meal periods.

Key responsibilities

• Set up the Employee Restaurant and service areas before each meal service.
• Serve and assist colleagues during breakfast, lunch, dinner and other meal periods.
• Replenish buffet items, beverages, cutlery and other supplies throughout service.
• Maintain clean, organised and presentable food displays and service stations.
• Clear and clean tables promptly during and after meals.
• Support opening and closing duties for the Employee Restaurant.
• Follow food hygiene, health and safety procedures at all times.
• Report low supplies, damaged equipment or safety concerns to the supervisor.
• Collaborate with culinary and stewarding teams to ensure smooth daily operations.

Required profile

• Physical ability to lift, push and pull objects up to 50 lb (23 kg), including bending and kneeling.
• Basic reading and writing skills in English.
