About the role
Emaar Hospitality Group is seeking a passionate Food & Beverage Coach to elevate the dining experience across its flagship Address Hotels + Resorts brand. The role focuses on delivering flawless guest journeys, turning every visitor into a loyal fan of the restaurant.
Key responsibilities
- Represent the brand throughout the guest lifecycle, ensuring a seamless and memorable dining experience.
- Coach and mentor restaurant staff to uphold the highest service standards.
- Monitor guest feedback and implement continuous improvement actions.
- Collaborate with kitchen and front‑of‑house teams to maintain service excellence.
Required profile
- Genuine service personality with high emotional intelligence.
- Minimum high school diploma; a degree in Hotel Management is preferred.
- At least one year of experience in a similar role within a 5‑star hospitality environment.
- Strong command of written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
Required skills
- Excellent guest‑service orientation.
- Ability to coach and develop team members.
- Effective communication and problem‑solving skills.
