About the role
Exceptional hospitality starts with you. When you join our Hotels team, you’ll brighten guests’ days every shift. As an F&B Host you’ll deliver memorable food and beverage experiences that make each stay special.
Key responsibilities
- Delight guests with an upbeat, friendly attitude and look for ways to enhance their meal experience.
- Master the menu, promotions and specials to answer guest questions confidently.
- Take orders, enter them into the point‑of‑sale system and deliver meals promptly with attention to detail.
- Keep the food service station fully stocked, clean and organized.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol regulations.
