About the role
The Guest Service Expert creates memorable dining experiences for guests at the Al Hamra location, ensuring food and beverage service is seamless and enjoyable.
Key responsibilities
- Set tables and maintain a clean, organized dining environment.
- Communicate orders and special requests with the kitchen staff.
- Interact with and serve guests throughout their meal.
- Clean work areas and manage supplies to uphold hygiene standards.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than 1 year of related work experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No specific license or certification needed.
