About the role
The F&B Service Expert (Barista) will create memorable beverage experiences for guests at Sheraton The Walk Dubai. You will work closely with the kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations and high‑quality service. This role requires a proactive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty drinks according to Sheraton standards.
- Set up and maintain the service area, including cleaning work surfaces and restocking supplies.
- Communicate orders and special requests accurately with the kitchen and front‑of‑house staff.
- Interact with guests, answer menu questions, and deliver a friendly, personalized service.
Required profile
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Less than one year of related food and beverage experience.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift objects up to 25 lb (50 lb with assistance) and perform physical tasks safely.
- No supervisory experience required.
