About the role
The Guest Service Expert creates memorable dining experiences for guests at Le Méridien Dubai. You will be on your feet throughout service, ensuring every interaction adds value to the guest’s visit.
Key responsibilities
- Set tables, communicate orders to the kitchen, and serve guests promptly.
- Maintain clean work areas, manage supplies, and ensure the dining environment is safe and welcoming.
- Read and verify menu information, handle guest requests, and support smooth service flow.
- Move, lift, and carry items up to 25 lb unaided (50 lb with assistance) while navigating varied surfaces.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than one year of related food‑and‑beverage experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No specific license or certification needed.
Required skills
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Basic reading of menu items and visual verification.
