About the role
The Guest Service Expert creates memorable dining experiences for guests at the Autograph Collection hotel in Dubai Parks & Resorts. You will be on your feet, interacting with guests, coordinating with the kitchen, and ensuring a safe, high‑quality service environment.
Key responsibilities
- Set tables, serve guests, and maintain clean work areas.
- Communicate orders and special requests with the kitchen staff.
- Manage menu information, verify items visually, and handle guest transactions.
- Move, lift, and carry objects up to 25 lb unaided (50 lb with assistance) and navigate varied surfaces safely.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than 1 year of related food‑and‑beverage experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No specific license or certification needed.
