F&B Service Intern

About the role

The F&B Service Intern will support the restaurant team at 25hours Hotel One Central, assisting guests and learning hospitality operations in a vibrant, multicultural environment.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, escort them to tables, and present menus.
• Support order taking, food and beverage service, and respond to guest requests.
• Assist with table setup, mise en place, clearing, and resetting according to standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant, bar, and service stations.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service colleagues for timely delivery.
• Help with buffet setup, replenishment, and breakdown as needed.
• Handle guest inquiries professionally and refer issues to the supervisor.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of Hospitality Management or related program.
• Strong interest in food and beverage operations.
• Good communication, interpersonal skills, and positive attitude.
• Professional appearance, good personal hygiene, and flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Previous hospitality experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
