Female HR Recruitment Specialist – Dubai

About the role

Azaan Energy & Co is seeking an experienced Female HR Recruitment Specialist based in Dubai to lead end‑to‑end recruitment activities for the company.

Key responsibilities

• Source and attract qualified candidates across multiple channels.
• Screen CVs, conduct interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
• Manage recruitment records, extend offers, and coordinate onboarding.
• Handle urgent hiring requirements and maintain accurate recruitment documentation.

Required profile

• Female candidate currently residing in Dubai (mandatory).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with good command of English.
• Immediate availability preferred.

Required skills

• Candidate sourcing, CV screening, and interviewing.
• Candidate assessment and negotiation.
• Recruitment management and record‑keeping.
