About the role
We are looking for a dedicated female preschool teacher to join our early childhood centre in Sharjah. The role involves delivering engaging, age‑appropriate lessons to young learners and supporting their overall development.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver daily curriculum for kindergarten‑aged children.
- Create a safe, nurturing and stimulating classroom environment.
- Assess children’s progress and communicate observations to parents.
- Incorporate creative arts, music and play‑based activities into lessons.
- Collaborate with fellow staff to maintain consistent educational standards.
Required profile
- Minimum one year of experience as a kindergarten or preschool teacher.
- Qualification in early childhood education or a related field.
- Additional teaching licences or certificates are a plus.
- Strong knowledge of child development theories and modern teaching practices.
- Passion for working with young children, patience and flexibility.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership abilities.
