Field Merchandiser

About the role

ABM is seeking a Field Merchandiser to represent Insta360 across assigned retail partners in Dubai. The role ensures products are available, correctly displayed, priced and ready for customer demonstrations while supporting retailer staff and providing feedback to the tech business team.

Key responsibilities

• Execute merchandising standards, visual display guidelines and promotional displays across assigned stores.
• Monitor stock levels, coordinate replenishment, and report out‑of‑stock or damaged items.
• Conduct regular store visits, audit compliance, and submit photos and reports.
• Ensure demo units are powered, charged, and functional, reporting any issues.
• Support store teams with product launches, promotions, and training on key features.

Required profile

• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently across multiple store locations.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and move merchandising materials.

Required skills

• Understanding of visual merchandising principles.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Familiarity with mobile reporting tools and consumer technology.
