About the role
Lalamove is expanding its presence in the UAE and seeks a motivated Field Sales Associate to drive merchant acquisition and market penetration in Abu Dhabi. You will work primarily in the field, representing the brand and building relationships with local businesses.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct full‑cycle outbound field sales in the Abu Dhabi market, following Lalamove’s standard sales processes.
- Execute offline territory sweeps, acquire new merchants and increase regional business coverage.
- Spend four days a week in the field and report to the Dubai office on Fridays for team sync and planning.
Required profile
- 1‑3 years of relevant field sales experience, preferably with a focus on the Abu Dhabi market.
- Hands‑on, accountable, and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
- Fluent in English; Arabic, Filipino or Mandarin is a strong plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
- Valid UAE driving licence.
Required skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools.
