Field Sales Executive - Dental Oral Care Products

About the role

GulfCare for Para Pharmaceutical Products Trading LLC is looking for a motivated, results-driven Field Sales Executive to promote its portfolio of premium dental and oral care products across the UAE. The role involves developing new business, building relationships with dental clinics and healthcare professionals, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell the dental and oral care product range to clinics, pharmacies, healthcare facilities and distributors
• Identify new business through field visits, networking and referrals, and build long-term relationships with dentists, procurement officers and clinic managers
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Present products, demonstrate them and run sampling activities; prepare quotations and follow up on inquiries and purchase orders
• Provide regular follow-up and after-sales service, and record customer interactions in the reporting system
• Make daily cold calls, generate leads, convert prospects and keep a healthy sales pipeline
• Monitor competitors, pricing and market trends, collect customer feedback and suggest new market opportunities
• Submit daily, weekly and monthly reports, keep records of visits, sales and expenses, and coordinate with Administration and Marketing on launches, campaigns and exhibitions

• Professional, presentable and customer-focused
• Good planning, organization and time management, and ability to analyse customer needs

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to prepare accurate sales reports and maintain customer records
