Field Sales Representative - Cars

About the role

Dubizzle, part of the Dubizzle Group, is hiring a Field Sales Representative for its Cars vertical in Dubai. You will meet buyers and sellers in the field to generate revenue through car sales, acting as a mediator between the company and clients to achieve targeted sales and margins.

Key responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with client sellers and buyers.
• Present car features and run test drives during field viewings.
• Work with the finance, insurance and transfer team to ensure successful vehicle transfers.
• Identify customer needs before making recommendations and follow up with buyers and sellers to improve the closing ratio.
• Answer client queries by phone and email during viewings and promote models according to buyer interests.
• Understand the inspection report before viewings, explain the vehicle's condition, service, warranty and history, and share the report with buyers.
• Update viewings and add accurate, timely comments to the system.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience as a field representative or account manager in the UAE; experience in the motors industry preferred.
• Valid UAE driver's license and willingness to travel to meet clients.
• Excellent written and spoken English, strong closing skills and a strong customer service attitude.

Required skills

• Experience using CRM software (Salesforce preferred).
• Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively.
• Customer service and training techniques, with quick learning ability.
