Field Sales Representative (SDR) – UAE

About the role

Illumine Labs is seeking a proactive Field Sales Representative (SDR) to drive on‑ground sales across the UAE. The role combines face‑to‑face customer engagement with follow‑up activities, supporting the Senior Business Development Manager in expanding the company’s childcare SaaS solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Visit assigned nurseries, preschools and childcare centres throughout the UAE, conducting in‑person meetings and assisting with on‑site product demos.
• Build and maintain relationships with owners, administrators and operational staff, representing Illumine Labs professionally.
• Follow up with warm prospects, nurture relationships post‑demo and handle product questions to move accounts toward decision‑making.
• Coordinate schedules, site visits and meetings with the Senior BDM, ensuring prospects are prepared for demos.
• Update visit notes, meeting outcomes and follow‑up actions in the CRM, tracking account progress and sharing insights on objections, pricing and competitor activity.
• Provide market feedback to marketing and product teams, supporting pilot accounts and early‑stage customers as needed.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in field or outside sales.
• Comfortable spending the majority of working days on the field and holding a valid UAE driving licence.
• Technology‑savvy background with strong interpersonal and relationship‑building abilities.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
