Field Sales Specialist – Last-Mile Logistics

About the role

We are seeking a high‑energy Field Sales Specialist to drive merchant acquisition and volume growth for our last‑mile delivery network across Dubai. This is a fully field‑based role – you will spend most of your week on the road meeting e‑commerce, retail and wholesale decision‑makers, uncovering hidden shipment volumes and closing face‑to‑face deals.

Key responsibilities

• Scout, pitch and onboard new merchants including e‑commerce brands, retail groups, social‑commerce sellers and trading companies.
• Conduct daily field visits to understand logistics pain points and negotiate contracts for reliable daily delivery services.
• Identify high‑volume shipment hubs and secure consistent shipment volumes.
• Maintain market intelligence, monitor competitor activity and uncover untapped commercial opportunities.
• Manage the full sales cycle from cold sourcing to contract signing and hand‑over to operations.
• Support onboarding and ensure ongoing growth of merchant shipment volumes.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of proven sales experience in last‑mile logistics or express delivery within Dubai.
• Deep knowledge of the Dubai e‑commerce and retail ecosystem and where major shipment volumes originate.
• Existing network of local merchants or B2C/B2B shippers is highly preferred.
• Strong negotiation, communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Valid UAE driving licence and personal vehicle for extensive field work.
