Finance Associate - UAE National

About the role

Equiti Group is seeking a detail‑oriented Finance Associate who is an UAE national to join its Dubai office. You will support the finance team in daily accounting tasks and help ensure accurate financial reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain financial records, invoices, and payments.
• Support month‑end and year‑end closing activities.
• Reconcile bank statements and company accounts.
• Process expense reports and vendor payments.
• Maintain proper documentation of all financial transactions.
• Assist with audits and compliance requirements.
• Provide general support to the finance team as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Experience in management and financial reporting, comfortable with P&L and balance sheets.
• Audit background is desirable (not limited to Big 4).
• Experience in financial services.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel (professional level).
• SAP knowledge.
