Finance Business Partner – Retail

About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated Finance Business Partner – Retail to join our Finance team in Dubai. Reporting to the CFO, you will lead finance activities across Retail, Wholesale and E‑commerce channels throughout the GCC, ensuring robust financial planning, analysis and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting and long‑term financial planning for all business channels.
• Provide variance analysis, KPI monitoring and actionable insights to senior leadership.
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT and GCC tax regulations, manage filings and coordinate audits.
• Support pricing strategies, investment evaluations and working‑capital management.
• Mentor and develop the finance team, and collaborate with operations, supply‑chain and sales functions.
• Drive ERP upgrades, automation of accounting tasks and continuous process improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or related field.
• Professional accounting qualification (CA, CPA, ACCA or CMA) – mandatory.
• 8‑12+ years of experience in finance, preferably within retail or multi‑channel environments.
• Proven track record in FP&A, tax compliance and leading finance teams.
