Finance Controller – Management Accounts & Treasury

About the role

The Finance Controller will lead and control all activities related to Management Accounts, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, General Ledger, CCB systems and Payroll. The role ensures timely and accurate financial reporting to support senior management decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of Management Accounts, AP, AR, Fixed Assets and Payroll.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and ADNOC best practices for all financial activities.
• Prepare and present monthly financial performance reports, highlighting variances and recommending corrective actions.
• Support the CFO in strategy development, funding decisions and business planning.
• Monitor financial KPIs, manage risks and coordinate internal/external audits.
• Develop and enforce payment, credit and collections policies to optimise cash flow.
• Participate in budget preparation and long‑term business plan development.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing comprehensive finance functions within a large organisation.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and drive performance improvements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with senior management and cross‑functional teams.
