Finance Controller – Planning, Demand & Supply Management

About the role

The Finance Controller will lead financial planning, analysis, control and demand‑supply management for the division’s commercial operations. Reporting to the General Manager, the role ensures budgeting, forecasting and working‑capital efficiency align with corporate objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute finance strategies that support the company’s strategic objectives.
• Lead forecasting processes (Plan, LRP, LBE) and monitor performance against targets.
• Provide financial analysis, scenario modelling and actionable insights for growth initiatives.
• Oversee demand and supply management, inventory planning and cross‑functional alignment.
• Manage warehousing, transportation and distribution logistics to optimise cost and service levels.
• Ensure compliance with corporate governance, financial controls and timely reporting.
• Drive GTN and cost‑optimization initiatives across commercial operations.
• Lead, develop and retain a high‑performance finance team.
• Oversee cash‑flow forecasting, working‑capital management and continuous improvement of financial performance.

Required profile

• 10‑12 years of senior finance/accounting experience, preferably in healthcare or FMCG.
• Proven leadership of finance teams.
• Strong communication skills across all organisational levels.
• Self‑motivated with a results‑driven mindset.
