Finance Director (EMEA)

About the role

The Finance Director will serve as the senior finance leader for Tate's EMEA operations, reporting directly to the Head of Finance. Based in Dubai, this permanent position combines strategic oversight with day‑to‑day financial management across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Financial Operations, Control, and Commercial Finance teams, ensuring high performance and clear priorities.
• Act as deputy to the EMEA Finance Director, representing finance in senior leadership forums and supporting decision‑making.
• Oversee month‑end and year‑end processes, audits, statutory filings, and adherence to group financial policies.
• Maintain balance‑sheet quality, cash‑flow management, and financial risk monitoring.
• Streamline financial processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and reporting cadence.
• Provide financial insight and decision support to Operations, Sales, Delivery, Supply Chain, and senior leadership.
• Own budgeting, forecasting, long‑term planning, and scenario modelling.
• Support commercial decisions on pricing, tenders, and contract negotiations.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in senior finance leadership within a multinational environment.
• Proven ability to manage and develop finance teams.
• Strong understanding of financial control, governance, and compliance.
• Excellent business partnering and communication skills with senior stakeholders.
