Finance Lead

About the role

WYLD is seeking a Finance Lead to join its Dubai team on a full‑time, on‑site basis. You will oversee all financial operations, support strategic decision‑making, and ensure accurate, timely financial reporting for this adventure‑focused hospitality brand.

Key responsibilities

• Manage budgeting, forecasting and general‑ledger processes.
• Prepare, interpret and review financial statements in line with reporting standards.
• Monitor cash flow, review accounting entries and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Analyse financial performance, identify trends and produce management reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimise costs and profitability.
• Liaise with external partners such as auditors and financial institutions.
• Contribute to long‑term financial planning and advise senior leadership on the financial impact of initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong finance and accounting background with experience in budgeting, forecasting and ledger management.
• Ability to prepare and review financial statements and a solid grasp of financial reporting standards.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and high integrity.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field; CPA, ACCA or CFA preferred.
• Experience in hospitality or a similar service‑driven industry and familiarity with regional regulations.
• Proficiency with financial software and ERP systems.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Dubai and manage multiple priorities.
