Finance Manager - Dealership

About the role

The Finance Manager will lead the financial accounting, reporting, planning and analysis functions for a dealership. You will ensure accurate financial statements, support strategic decision‑making and maintain the financial health of the business.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee preparation and maintenance of balance sheets, income statements and cash flow statements in line with GAAP/IFRS.
• Produce monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports for management and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate year‑end audits and work closely with external auditors.
• Manage tax accounting, ensuring compliance with VAT, corporate tax and withholding tax requirements.
• Provide required data to the tax team, file returns on time and maintain documentation for tax audits.
• Monitor changes in tax legislation and implement tax‑efficient strategies.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling activities to support business planning.

Required profile

• At least 8 years of finance experience (96 months) preferably in a dealership or automotive environment.
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting standards (GAAP or IFRS) and tax compliance.
• Proven ability to manage audits, tax filings and inter‑company transactions.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
