Finance Manager – Dubai

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead financial management and accounting operations for our Dubai entity and regional business activities. The role will support business expansion, operational planning, and cross‑border financial coordination with headquarters.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day financial management and accounting operations for the Dubai entity and regional business activities.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and management analysis.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash‑flow planning, and cost‑control initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations, tax requirements, and internal control policies.
• Coordinate audits, statutory filings, and external financial reporting.
• Support business expansion, operational planning, and cross‑border financial coordination with headquarters.
• Oversee accounts payable, receivable, bank reconciliation, and general ledger activities.
• Partner closely with business leaders to provide financial insights and operational recommendations.
• Manage and mentor local finance staff while improving financial processes and reporting efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance/accounting leadership roles.
• UAECA certification is required.
• Strong knowledge of UAE accounting standards, tax compliance and financial regulations.
• Prior experience in manufacturing, industrial, engineering or multinational environments is highly preferred.
• Excellent analytical ability, attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced international environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Fluency in English (primary working language).
