Finance Manager – Group Consolidation & Planning

About the role

We are seeking a Finance Manager to lead the financial planning, consolidation and reporting for the Industries vertical of SAAS Holdings, a diversified UAE‑based group. Reporting to the CFO and working closely with the CEO and Executive Committee, you will turn multi‑entity data into actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the annual subgroup budgeting cycle, gather subsidiary submissions and produce a consolidated group forecast.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements and KPI packs for the CEO, CFO and Board.
• Monitor cash position and working capital, produce cash‑flow forecasts and support inter‑company funding.
• Implement subgroup‑wide financial policies, coordinate external audits and ensure compliance with UAE regulatory and tax requirements.
• Serve as the primary finance liaison for subsidiary finance leads, providing analysis for budgeting, reporting and policy matters.
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable across the vertical to protect working capital.
• Standardise reporting templates, drive process improvements and support ERP evaluation and rollout.
• Prepare materials for Executive Committee meetings, Board papers and support M&A or restructuring projects.
• Coordinate VAT filings for the Industries holding.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or related field.
• Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, CFA or CA preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive finance experience, including group/consolidated reporting, budgeting and financial analysis.
• Experience in a holding company or multi‑entity environment, preferably across diverse industries.
• Proven ability to work with C‑suite stakeholders and present financial information clearly.
