About the role
The Finance Manager will lead a team of 3–4 accountants supporting Dubai and Hong Kong group entities. Reporting to the Head of Finance & Accounts, this role is a succession position with responsibility for end‑to‑end finance operations.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee month‑end and year‑end closing, MIS, financial reporting and variance analysis across multiple entities.
- Manage inter‑company reconciliations, VAT, corporate tax, Hong Kong profits tax and statutory audit preparation.
- Supervise treasury activities, cash‑flow forecasting, banking operations and KYC compliance.
- Maintain financial controls, SOPs, approval matrices and segregation of duties.
Required profile
- CA qualification with 3–5 years post‑qualification experience.
- 1–2+ years of experience supervising a finance/accounting team.
- Hands‑on experience with multi‑entity accounting, audit (Big 4 preferred) and taxation.
Required skills
- SAP FICO (1–2 years mandatory)
- SAP MM exposure (preferred)
