Finance Manager

About the role

A Finance Manager position in Dubai, open to candidates based in the UAE, within the Real Estate / Hospitality industry. The role oversees financial planning, budgeting and forecasting, supervises the finance team and ensures timely month-end closing.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee financial planning, budgeting and forecasting for the organization
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
• Manage cash flow, accounts payable/receivable and treasury functions
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT, financial regulations and audit requirements
• Develop internal controls and financial policies to safeguard company assets
• Coordinate with external auditors and manage audit processes
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions
• Supervise the finance team and ensure timely month-end closing

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field; CPA/ACCA/CMA preferred
• 3-5 years of relevant experience, with exposure to Real Estate or Hospitality
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, IFRS and UAE compliance
• Excellent analytical, leadership and communication skills

• ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle and Tally
• Advanced Excel
