Finance Manager – Oil & Gas

Whizz HR is looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join a leading Oil & Gas company in Abu Dhabi. If you're a strategic finance professional with strong leadership skills and expertise in financial planning, reporting, budgeting, and compliance, we'd love to hear from you!

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Analyze financial performance and provide strategic recommendations.
• Monitor budgets, optimize costs, and manage cash flow.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and audits.
• Oversee banking relationships, working capital, and financial risk management.
• Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team.
• Strengthen financial processes, internal controls, and ERP reporting systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• CPA, CMA, ACCA, or CFA certification is an advantage.
• 7–10 years of finance and accounting experience, including leadership experience.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial modeling skills.
