About the role
The Financial Analyst will maintain and update the Authority Delegation Manual (ADM) for all groups and overseas locations, and configure related system settings. The role supports business units in establishing and sustaining ADM processes while driving automation and modernization initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and update the Groups and Overseas Locations Authority Delegation Manual and its system configuration.
- Support business groups in establishing, maintaining, and updating ADM.
- Configure the IProc system to reflect ADM changes.
- Identify and propose automation, modernization, and cost‑effective improvements to ADM processes.
- Recommend alignment of ADM across business groups to ensure consistency.
Required profile
- Graduate with at least three years of experience in related system administration.
- Strong analytical abilities with experience in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and MIS reporting.
- Knowledge of bank operating systems, particularly Oracle i‑procurement, and procurement applications.
