Financial Analyst - Financial Planning & Analysis

About the role

We are seeking a Financial Analyst specialized in Financial Planning & Analysis to join our finance team. The role involves analysing financial data, building models and providing insights that support strategic decisions across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse financial data and evaluate business performance to support strategic decision‑making.
• Develop financial models and forecasts for business planning activities.
• Prepare management reports, dashboards and presentations for senior stakeholders.
• Conduct trend analysis and deliver insights on financial and market performance.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis processes.
• Assess financial risks and recommend actions to improve performance.
• Assist in financial audits, regulatory reporting and related documentation.
• Collaborate with finance and broader business stakeholders to deliver actionable insights.

Required profile

• UAE national with a passion for finance, analytics and business strategy.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• Strong analytical, numerical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience in financial modelling, forecasting and reporting.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of banking, financial services and regulatory frameworks is a plus.
