Financial Controller – FP&A (Real Estate)

About the role

The Financial Controller, FP&A, will strengthen financial planning, performance management and reporting across Al Futtaim Real Estate, providing a consolidated regional view of business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the central point for FP&A activities, building trusted relationships across Finance and the business.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning for individual and consolidated portfolios, using scenario and predictive analysis.
• Drive monthly performance reviews, shifting focus from historical to predictive using rolling forecasts and leading indicators.
• Prepare and present monthly financial performance decks to the Group CFO and senior leadership.
• Champion FP&A transformation through AI‑powered tools, automation and advanced analytics, standardising templates and dashboards.
• Ensure reporting and KPI frameworks are simple, measurable and auditable, coordinating with Group Finance.

Required profile

• Professional accounting/finance qualification (CA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent); CFA or MBA advantageous.
• Minimum 12 years of finance experience, including at least 4 years in FP&A.
• Experience in real estate, construction, asset management or project‑based industries.
• Proven ability to present financial results and recommendations to senior executives.
