Financial Controller

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to lead financial planning, reporting and risk management for our operations across the GCC, focusing on specialty chemicals, manufacturing and industrial distribution sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and strategic business planning.
• Oversee financial reporting, accounting, audits, taxation and statutory compliance.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, treasury, internal controls and financial risk.
• Drive profitability, cost optimisation and commercial decision support.
• Lead finance teams and strengthen ERP, reporting and governance processes.

Required profile

• Significant finance leadership experience relevant to the position.
• Strong expertise in financial control, commercial finance and business performance.
• Experience in manufacturing, specialty chemicals or industrial distribution is preferred.
• Professional qualifications such as CA, ACCA, CPA, CMA or equivalent are desirable.
• GCC experience and knowledge of regional tax and statutory requirements are advantageous.
