Financial Director

About the role

We are seeking a Finance Director to own the financial operating engine of a fast‑growing digital‑asset focused group. The role will make the business legible to the board, investors, and internal teams while driving revenue and margin performance.

Key responsibilities

• Build and own the annual budget and rolling 12/24‑month forecasts for three entities.
• Design and run the financial planning cadence, including monthly reviews, quarterly re‑forecasts and board‑level planning.
• Create integrated financial and commercial reporting, eliminating reconciliation gaps between sales, treasury and accounts.
• Lead the shift to P&L‑driven management, defining unit economics and cost accountability for each business line.
• Define and track a board‑approved path‑to‑profitability roadmap with measurable milestones.
• Manage multi‑currency operational treasury across fiat and digital assets, ensuring real‑time cash visibility.
• Coordinate with token advisory functions on treasury governance, vesting, reserves and liquidity runway.
• Implement controls, compliance and audit processes in partnership with internal and external advisors.

Required profile

• Strong traditional finance foundation, preferably from UAE banking, fintech or regulated financial services.
• Demonstrated exposure to digital assets and a genuine curiosity about the space.
• Commercially focused mindset – first question always about revenue and margin.
• Ability to translate complex financial data into clear, investor‑grade reports.
