Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager

About the role

The Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager will lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance management for a sovereign wealth fund portfolio. Reporting to executive management, the role combines corporate FP&A with fund accounting oversight to provide actionable insights on portfolio performance, asset allocation, liquidity and returns.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with executive management to drive corporate and portfolio performance and support investment strategy, asset allocation and capital deployment.
• Lead multi‑year financial planning, budgeting and forecasting, covering cash flows, capital calls and net asset value (NAV) projections.
• Monitor liquidity, commitments and deliver consolidated portfolio reporting, including IRR, MOIC and valuation analysis.
• Build valuation and scenario models, prepare investment committee materials and evaluate capital deployment strategies.
• Reconcile NAV, capital accounts and financial statements, and support fund structures and SPV consolidation.
• Integrate FP&A, portfolio and accounting systems, drive automation and ensure data governance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting; CFA preferred, CPA/ACCA/CMA advantageous.
• 8‑10 years of experience in FP&A or asset management, preferably within a sovereign wealth fund, private equity or multi‑asset environment.
• Strong exposure to fund accounting and NAV reporting.
