Fit-Out & Renovation Sales Consultant

About the role

Revive Renovation is seeking a driven Fit-Out & Renovation Consultant to generate new business and close sales for high‑end residential projects. You will act as the primary point of contact for leads, guide clients through the sales process, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored proposals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage incoming renovation, fit‑out, and joinery leads and maintain an active sales pipeline.
• Meet clients on‑site, understand project requirements, and present Revive’s services and portfolio.
• Coordinate with estimation and design teams to develop accurate proposals.
• Negotiate terms, close contracts, and achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Build relationships with homeowners, designers, consultants, brokers, and other industry partners.

Required profile

• Proven UAE sales experience in fit‑out, renovation, interiors, joinery or related sectors.
• Strong commercial mindset, target‑driven, and confident in negotiations.
• Existing network within Dubai’s property, design or interiors market is an advantage.
• Valid UAE driving licence and immediate or short‑notice availability.
