Fit-Out Site Foreman

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Fit‑Out Site Foreman to lead the delivery of high‑profile joinery and interior projects for Royal Joinery in Dubai. The role involves coordinating the site team, subcontractors and clients to ensure projects are completed on time, to quality standards and in compliance with health and safety regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Report to the Project Manager and act as the main point of contact on site.
• Manage daily site operations, supervise labour and subcontractors, and monitor progress against the project schedule.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and security guidelines and conduct quality control of all work.
• Coordinate material deliveries, monitor quantity and quality, and maintain up‑to‑date site survey records.
• Provide technical advice to resolve on‑site issues and support the production and site teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the UAE construction sector.
• Proven ability to lead site teams and communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Experience handling MEP, civil, joinery and interior fit‑out projects in high‑rise buildings or villas.
