Fit-out Supervisor – Joinery & Interior Projects

About the role

Royal Joinery is seeking a motivated Fit-out Supervisor to lead on‑site joinery and interior fit‑out activities. You will coordinate daily operations, ensure work follows approved drawings, and maintain the high quality standards the company is known for.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily joinery and fit‑out tasks at the project site.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors and workers.
• Ensure work complies with approved drawings, specifications and company standards.
• Plan and allocate manpower, materials and equipment efficiently.
• Track progress, report updates to management and resolve site issues.
• Conduct site inspections, maintain documentation and support handover activities.
• Enforce health, safety and regulatory compliance on site.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in joinery and interior fit‑out projects.
• Strong knowledge of joinery works, fit‑out materials and site execution.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Proven leadership and team supervision abilities.
• Excellent problem‑solving, decision‑making and communication skills.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations on construction sites.
