Fit-out Supervisor – Joinery & Interior Projects

About the role

Royal Joinery is seeking a motivated Fit‑out Supervisor to lead on‑site joinery and interior fit‑out activities. The role involves coordinating with project teams, ensuring work follows approved drawings, and delivering high‑quality results safely and on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily joinery and fit‑out operations at the project site.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors and labour forces.
• Ensure work complies with approved drawings, specifications and company quality standards.
• Plan and allocate manpower, materials and equipment efficiently.
• Monitor project progress, report updates to management and resolve site issues promptly.
• Conduct site inspections, maintain documentation and support handover and rectification activities.
• Enforce health, safety and regulatory compliance on the construction site.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in joinery and interior fit‑out projects.
• Strong knowledge of joinery works, fit‑out materials and site execution.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project specifications.
• Proven leadership, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations on construction sites.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office for project documentation.
