Fitout Supervisor – High-End Residential & Commercial Projects

About the role

Alpago Design & Build is seeking an experienced Fit‑Out Supervisor / Foreman to manage daily site execution of high‑end residential, villa, hospitality and commercial fit‑out projects in Dubai. The role oversees multiple work fronts, coordinates subcontractors, and ensures that all works meet quality, safety and programme requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities, ensuring execution follows approved drawings, specifications, method statements and Project Engineer instructions.
• Manage work fronts including demolition, blockwork, partitions, gypsum, ceilings, flooring, stone, painting, joinery, sanitary ware, lighting, MEP coordination and external works.
• Coordinate subcontractors, foremen, charge‑hands, suppliers and site labour to maintain productivity and quality.
• Monitor manpower allocation, material availability, tools, equipment and daily progress.
• Ensure works meet quality standards before inspection by QA/QC, consultants or client representatives.
• Identify and report site issues, drawing discrepancies, clashes, access constraints and workmanship concerns.
• Support site inspections, snagging, testing, commissioning and hand‑over preparation.
• Maintain housekeeping, material and finished‑surface protection, and safe working conditions.
• Enforce HSE requirements, permits, PPE usage and site rules for all teams.
• Track daily progress and report manpower, delays, material shortages and constraints to the Project Engineer.

Required profile

• 8–10 years of construction and interior fit‑out experience, with proven UAE site supervision background.
• Experience on luxury villas, high‑end residential, hospitality, retail, F&B or premium commercial fit‑out projects.
• Strong practical knowledge of finishing works, joinery, gypsum, ceilings, stone, flooring, painting, sanitary ware, lighting and MEP interface coordination.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, civil, MEP, joinery, ceiling, flooring and finishing drawings.
• UAE driving licence preferred.
